Prompt and professional. A piece for rear view mirror broke when installing windshield. Common issue no worries. We paid for the windshield, Top Tier ordered the part and within days had the part installed. Top Tier could have went on down the road without fixing the broken part since we paid them before the part came in, but they didn't. Top notch outfit!!! Thanks guys, we will definitely be back.
