Top team realty is easily the worst property management group I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Other than Rommel, the rest of the management of this company is completely inept. They are liars, cheaters and will do anything to screw over a tenant.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Top Team Realty office should be more considerate of the people they hire to manage their properties. I had a horrible experience with the managers Jose Placencia and Chelo at the Maywood apartments. When I complained about the manager being a creep I got a notice to vacate. Just like that. I complained to Top Team and they did nothing to address my issue. Never rent from Top Team Realty.
