Traded in my WRX with them, TC and Raymond are easy and friendly to work with. Both of them are very up front and honest on pricing and used cars' conditions. I also had a chance to take a quick peak at the shops, which actually took me out of surprise. They are not CHEAP on investing in skillful people and tools. Most of their tools are Snap-On which you don't often see at a shop this size. It also looks like they are getting serious on the Subaru businesses, Chris was working on a few head gaskets when I was there.
The mechanics at Top Spec didn't just give me a quote and expect me to take their word for it. They took me to my car, started it up and showed me exactly what was wrong. While I waited, the owner was the perfect host. He served me tea and some wonderful treats from Asia. The repairs took longer than anticipated due to the age of my car. They are very honest and knowledgeable. I bring the car to couple different place, and Top spec give me the best price. And they are very patient and explained to me very details and my questions. Highly Recommended. I am glad I check with them, otherwise I will get ripped off by the mechanic shop down the street.
I got my brakes done here. I called around and their prices were better than everyones. They are honest and I will be bringing my car back next week for the 100,000 mile service. Again, I called around and they had the best prices.
Just had my valve cover replaced on my 01 jetta here. They've got positive friendly and honest staff this place is great. Im glad to finally find someone trustworthy with the customer in mind.
