It was my very first time at this salon, and I was treated very rudely by the nail tech, Lindsey. She got angry and spoke loudly every time I asked for a simple fix. The owner should train staff to treat new customers with respect; we pay good money and deserve professionalism. I left feeling upset, not pampered. In Las Vegas, there’s a nail salon on every corner, and customers have plenty of choices to be treated right.
Been coming here for about a year, they always do great work! The price is the best in town and they always have available times to schedule services. Thank you so much to Lin & Tina!!!
I believe Lam cares about her customers. She is great at bails, but she is also kind.
