The employees are rude especially one woman who is older. She always gives me dirty looks and when asked anything acts put out. I also thin the prices here are very high. I only go to the TQ thrift in the back and to sales. The rudeness of the people who work there is well known. Just to make it easier to know who the rude woman is she was working yesterday putting up cloths 10/26/16 around 330pm
Love this place. You have an awesome employee named Grayce who is just amazing she is so nice
Final straw was today. Employees are always super rude (rude remarks & smoking) I took my kids BOUTIQUE clothes to this place and they earned no telling how much money off me and are so disrespectful! Will donate to Goodwill before I step foot in this dump again!

If the number in your account is correct, then I will have the store manager call you tomorrow about this issue, but it sounds like you are talking about our employee's outside break area/smoking area. Hopefully we can clear up this issue and find out who was rude to you. Please always immediately speak to management when something like this happens. We can not correct the issue immediately if our customers don't inform us the day it happens.
