I am a single mother, who recently moved into a brand new habitat for humanity home. Top Quality plumbing is the plumber that was hired to connect the sewer line to the brand new build, among other things. I lived in this home for 7 days when my own sewage backed up into my home. A video was taken of the inside of the line by a different plumber, which revealed a failed installation by top quality plumbing. They bent my metal gate bringing in the excavator, now my pet can easily escape the yard and I have to get it fixed somehow with my own money. They left the old pipes in my yard and the ground they took up was not flat. Called and complained and they did come back and clean up the big pipes but left smaller pieces for me to clean up. They did flatten out the ground better. My gate is still bent though. Not very professional. Everything seems to be working fine with the new pipes though.
