I would give zero stars if I could..... I scheduled an appointment for two people at 2:00 PM and expected both of us to be seen at that time. Unfortunately, that was not the case. My granddaughter was left waiting at least 1 hour, which defeated the purpose of booking a joint appointment. Every time I go there they are extremely busy and always accepting more customers. They rush through the customers they do have and leave the ones they said they can help waiting in a chair for almost two hours. They don’t listen to what YOU WANT. They argue with you. And they send you on your way with chopped nails that aren’t even fully painted all the way.
