I didn't have a bad experience here, it was quiet the opposite. Great massage chairs, good pedicure and they did my solar nails perfect. Love the atmosphere here, calming and nice music playing. Very clean and pleasant.

The man who did my feet cut the nails all wonky and even cut my big toes wrong so now they're ingrown. I also recieved a nail fungus after I left!! not happy!!

All the horror stories i have heard about this place i figured i would try it out since i had a gift certificate. Hell no. Never ever again. Told them to give my daughter a manicure , no color. They sit her down and ask her what her favorite color is and paint them blue! Not even give her a manicure. Needless to say i told them twice! To not color it. When it came time for my nails - he cut off the tip of my pinky when he cut my nail, filed so far down i was bleeding on 3 nails I do NOT and will not recommend this place EVER... read more

I’ve had hit and miss experiences here with my pedis in the past but today’s made my mind up that I will not continue giving them chances. My toes were cut way too short (like all the way down to the grow line), the water was luke warm, (although she rinsed with ice cold water instead of letting it run warm first). Hot stones drug over my shin bones nonstop. Ended up sitting in a very awkward position so that she could be comfortable. 2 hrs later my toes are still throbbing from all of the cutting she did. Horrible! Went for a manicure that was supposed to include everything you come to expect in even the most basic of manicures. After being shuffled to 2 different chairs and 3 different techs what I received was polish removal cut down and cleaning up my cuticles. Followed by new polish and being rushed out of my chair and asking for $30. Nothing else that was boasted on the menu such as hot towel, massage etc. when I questioned it I was told that I chose not to have that done. I was never even asked. I usually go here and they do great pedicures. Today I went here and it was the WORST I’ve ever gotten. As I told her my toes were too short she continued to cut them shorter and was rushing through the whole pedicure not taking her time at all. The polish isn’t on my whole toe, they are not shaped at all, and they are all different lengths. As I called to see what the manager could do, he was just as rude and kept saying “oh my god i can’t do what you need me to do” and was raising his voice the whole time. Worst experience I have ever had. I went there last month and Justin did my nails, he was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! Last night my daughter and I went to get pedis, first it took two people to get the shelac off, they had to sand it which was odd to me. Then when he was doing my toes he cut my big toenail totally wrong, the rocks and towels were not hot as they usually are and even the water was cold that they used. Will never go here again. The guy who gave me a pedicure scraped the back of my leg TWICE. Barely massaged my legs. And left polish on my skin on almost every toe. THE. WORST. PEDICURE. IVE. EVER. HAD. Left pics of scrapes in comments. �
