We don't often write reviews, but Top of the Ladder deserves a shout out. They were impressive and we'd give them even more than 5 stars if we could! Before contacting Top of the Ladder, our 5 year-old LG dryer developed a vent blockage, lighting up a message on the machine warning of a potential fire hazard were we to continue using it. These guys came to do an inspection of my chimney yesterday and they sent me the report same-day. They performed a dryer vent cleaning free of charge for no reason at all. I will definitely use them for any other needs I have.
