Perfect Comfy aparment :) I just recently moved into a ground floor unit. The unit was completely remodeled, with all new appliances. The building is super clean and building staff is very friendly. Honestly, this was one of the smoothest moves for me. June (over at the leasing dept) was extremely helpful in helping me land the right apartment at Allen Gardens and is always available to answer any questions I may have. Must SEE I have been a resident here for 3 years and wouldn't want to be anywhere else. The Assistant Manager Annie since day 1 has ALWAYS made sure anything I called her about is taking care of. She is ALWAYS on top of any request I make. She is a MAJOR reason why I keep renewing my lease here. Theres nothing like having a Manager you can call anytime of the day and she ALWAYS gets it done!!!! The maintenance is AWESOME at taking care any and all needs day or night!!! Past resident Worst apartments to live in. Maintenance is bad and long. They never come to fix it, it take them at least a week to come to your apartment and after a long wait, they can’t fix themselves. Bad staff, specially manager and maintenance guys. Rude and unprofessional. Your expecting to have a nice sleep on your day off, bad for you. They will start cutting the grass at 7-8 am. Rental The worst place to live. The managment and maintenance is the worst.
A Must see...I love this place I have been living here since 2017. It is a great place to live and very quiet. The maintenance is on top of any work orders made. The assistant manager Annie is great!! She is the first person that greets you when you walk in, she is friendly, professional and will listen to any needs that need addressed. The storage that is provided inside and outside of these apartments was a huge plus for me!! The heated pool in the winter is also great! I highly recommend living here

They do not take responsibility of their own offered services I am living here with my family for 2 long years now and i have an apartment without wash and dryer. I have a laundry witin my building which is not working from almost last 4 months now. I have made several complaints about the same to society office as well as to the company where these machines belong to but no results yet. Allengardens office and maintenance jus deny to take responsibility of the same. Very very disappointed.
Don’t move here! Look somewheres else! We didn’t have gas for 4 days, not able to shower or cook. When calling the office to ask questions on how long it would take, was told “information couldn’t be provided to me”, then was told take quick 2 minute shower. Mind you the water was extremely cold. they left a paper on the door stating it would take 24hr to be fixed, next day still no gas, they left a paper on the door stating it’s a “bigger gas leak” than what they thought, following day still no word from the office, until a... read more
save your money well this is a great place to live if you like squirrels, birds and bugs (i mean colonies) EVERY WHERE in your home, or like seeing and smelling dogs business all over everyday or barking all day everyday, or love EXTREMELY noisy rude neighbors and free range uncontrollable loud kids, or like hoodlums smoking drugs or selling in front of the building, on your car and in hallway, or like neighbors and/or strangers doing laundry all hours of the night, or dont mind 2 weeks for maintenance to fix something, lyin... read more
Great place to live I have nothing but great things to say about this apartment complex. From the professional and friendly girls in the office, Fernanda and Janine. To the prompt repairs when needed. Also very quiet, and friendly tenants.
