Lack of care It’s clear whoever manages this place does not care. The maintenance staff do their best to keep the place going but the management clearly has no responsibility to this place. They never answer the phone and are never in office.

DO NOT RENT Management will invent things to charge you for then lie to your face about it, packages get stolen often, overall just not a good place to live.

Very caring and efficient staff This is my second lease with lemon and pear tree they are a very caring staff very sufficient on maintenance very sufficient on any concerns you may have they keep up on the maintenance of the property cleanliness just in general a very nice and stress free experience

A great place to live I recently renewed my lease, I have been renting my apartment for the past 16 years and very pleased to continue to call High Pointe Apartments my home. I cannot say enough about the active property manager Sonya and her administrative staff. She is never too busy and she makes even the smallest problems a priority, she truly cares about her tenants.
Allentowns best kept secret Been living at high pointe and elm town gardens going on two years. Anytime I need something done at the apartment maintenance is there within five minutes to resolve the issue. The ladies in the office are by far the best part of living here. They always tend my needs with a smile and they are a pleasant to work with. The area had a lot of perks like trails that are a walk away. Minutes from center city. I have no complaints living here.

Best Staff Ever I’ve been at High Point Apartments for over 2 yrs, without a doubt, the Administrative and Property Management Staff is the the best people you’ll ever meet, helpful and always willing to listen and very understanding, within reason. Great place to live As a tenant of a high point apartments in Allentown Pennsylvania on 15th Street I have absolutely no complaints.
