Got there at 4:30 for the website advertised Happy Hour only to be told there were no Happy Hour specials. So....what makes it Happy Hour? Nothing, I guess. Also, it would have been nice if one of our two servers had offered to bring us water along with our $15 drinks.
Very slow service, and our waitress was extremely rude.

Good service and great views. Drinks were average and the atmosphere was, as well. The while leather chairs were filthy looking, and the seat of one of our brown chairs was torn. The bar is in desperate need of an update.
