Beautiful Night, Beautiful Space And A Beautiful View Along With Amazing Service.
The bar does not open till 4.... And that is a stretch. They had to get an engineer to open the doors for us at 4:10. Roof top is the top floor but no outdoor roof seating. Good drinks, average service.
I was asked if I was gonna "pop a squat or move west in the bar"
Top of the east has been special to me since 1988. Great drinks and views. Epic bar. 5 stars
