This company had TERRIBLE service. My parents paid for a service, and the service given was incomplete. After calling them for 3 months to this day, they ihave successfully given us the round around. They have made appointments with us, and never bothered to show up or call. This has happened at least 4 times. They also blamed their poor service on a former employee and put the blame on him, but still have failed to right the wrong. Incompetence – When you look up incompetence in the dictionary, there is a picture of the employees of Top Notch Tree Service. My service was canceled three separate times and then dealt with in a negative manner by both "Danny" and "Bruce". I was told by "Danny", that "sh*t happens" and there was nothing they were willing to due to rectify the issue. There is No One else to Call!!! – We spent a week interviewing companies and mom and pop businesses for our tree trimming job, and in the end, "Top Notch Tree & Landscape", proved to be the best out there! For friendliness, professional, Price, quality, knowledge and on and on and on!!!!!! Call Bruce! You will not regret this choice!

Just Ok Work – For the price I thought I was going to get a little higher quality work. The trucks and equipment where a little worn down. The work was fine though. Hopefully I can get a slightly better deal.
