Top Notch was great. They didn’t just jump to you need a new transmission due to the mileage on my truck. Which is a little over 450k. They took the time to actually diagnose by driving and digging in and finding the issue. They asked questions to get a starting point and then moved forward from there. I would highly recommend using them to anyone who is in need of transmission work.
Very professional. I called and they picked my vehicle up same day at no cost. The turn around time was rather quick compared to others. As a single mother it means so much that the work was done quickly. And has been working great since. I did try and do research so I would not be taken advantage of. In looking at reviews from other customers is probably what sold me. Knowing their buisness if customer satisfaction driven unlike others and money driven. Thank you Top Notch.
My experience with Chuy and his team about a month ago. My AT light came on, and this time, it wasn't going away after I turned the car off, and it shifted rough. So, after some looking around after being turned down from other places because they didn't want to work on a foreign vehicle, I took it to Top Notch.
