The owner Very Cool Too And Taytor is One of The best Barber in South Florida Make Sure to Ask for Him. I was lazy and went to Supercuts because they were closer to my house, but they seriously sucked. Went to Top Notch right after and saw Aciel. He was very professional and did an awesome job fixing me up. I really couldn't be happier and I will absolutely be going back again for the foreseeable future. 10/10
