A great company! Their employees are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We had a problem with an old a/c unit (not installed by them); they came out quickly, corrected the problem and then checked the other units as well. Top Notch provides customer service the way all companies should!

Top Knotch is Amazing!! Randy was called on a SUNDAY to come rescue us!! I have MULTIPLE sclerosis and Top Knotch came to the rescue called and Randy was here without hesitation in no time! Next thing I knew he was here! Without electric for 7 days then no air! Top Knotch saved our family day today by giving up part of theirs thank you!!

First time we had an issue with our AC since moving here. Checked the circuit breakers, checked the batteries, check to see if power was going into the unit. Everything seemed fine, but it just wouldn't run. Called Top Notch, was told they'd send someone out the next day in the morning. Got another call later saying they had someone nearby they would send out. Their professionalism and complete satisfaction is second to none! I had to have my system replaced and their service and attention to detail was exemplary. I highly recommend Top Notch A/C.... They are indeed TOP NOTCH!!!!
I am very impressed with Top Notch and highly recommend them. I had been told by another AC company that I had leaks in my coils and that I really should buy a new AC. I called Top Notch and Derek and his team came out 3 different times just to make sure there were no problems and assure me that I did not have to spend any money that was not necessary.
