5 star! I totally recommend this company to anyone!! They went above and beyond to accommodate my family and our air conditioning dilemma. The customer service was great!! From the first guy that came out to give me an estimate to the installers and even the owner who contacted me on his personal time and made every effort to get us taken care of in a timely manner! I was referred to Top Norch by my co-worker. I needed to have a new AC unit installed. Derek came out and gave a very fair estimate and a week later Mike and Craig came out and install the unit. They were very professional and very thorough. Mike explained everything from start to finish that he was doing while installing the system. These guys are great and I would definitely recommend them for your A/C needs.

Can't say enough GREAT things about this company. Charles came out and was so very nice and 1000% thorough and professional. He made sure I understood everything that was going on . Highly recommend them & will use them again for my yearly cleanings.

I own what you would call an architecturally difficult home for normal things to be installed. My partner called up Top Notch, and after a few measurements realized the standard couldn't be done. Instead of saying sorry, call someone else, one of their employees, Chris, went above and beyond in trying to move our air handler to where it was not only functional, but will pass inspection, AND match the aesthetic of the house.
