My nail tech walked off and started working on another customer's manicure while I had one foot in the tub and one foot out! I sat like that for ten minutes and finally grabbed my purse and put on my shoes and walked out. In the thirty minutes I was there on my lunch hour, all I got was a foot soak. No apology or reasoning from the manager.
