We had a very bad experience with Top Nails. First, my daughter and I had an appointment at 4:30, but we were not seen until 5:15 (me) and 5:30 (her.) No apologies or anything! Then the guy doing the manicure cut my daughter, and when she went to the sink to clean it up, the soap was watered down. He also got glue all over her skin and didn’t push back her cuticles. Thank you so so much, Tony! After my stepmom had horrible experience at amore nails, he helped get them soaked off and fixed! He tried REALLY hard to get as close to the reference photo as he could, and it is much appreciated!! 🥺 This is by far the most underrated shop in town. He always has a wonderful attitude, despite not saying much, he has always done my nails wonderfully, and got my stepmom done right too!!
