The worst nail salon I have ever been to. It took over an hour for my nails to look terrible and unrepairable. I would not recommend this place to any one, PLEASE do not waste your money! The service was fine, except for when I asked to redo my nails that needed a second coat. She refused, and I'm glad she did because I took the polish off immediately after I left and did them myself. Horrible experience. Do not go here.

This establishment is now under new ownership. I just went in there yesterday and the new owner is fantastic, they just acquired the business from the previous owner about a month ago. I've seen many bad reviews online about this place but I recommend you to go back and try out this new owner and staff I know you will not be disappointed

The waxing services at this Top Nails is horrible! They don't take time to do it right & actually took skin off my lip, I will never go back.

I like manicures because they are supposed to be relaxing, but this place was not. Not only was there the horrible smell of various chemicals since they have no ventilation, but there were also flies being swatted right in front of us. Most importantly the old women that did my nails was very rude. She never said hi or how are you, she just began and seemed very hurried. She did an okay job on the manicure but for the mediocre job and poor treatment this place is over priced.

Went to this location to get a gel manicure. The man working on my nails was so aggressive with cutting my cuticles they all started bleeding. When he noticed the blood he proceeded to pour alcohol over them. I wouldn't recommend this location. I just hope they were using clean tools. Needless to say...I won't be going back to "not so" Top nails.

I recommend Top Nails for the ultimate in salon experience in manicures,pedicures,and all waxing needs. I am originally from Dallas Texas and have lived in the Norman for the last 10 years.After going to many salons Top Nails is the best in customer service, experience, selection of colors, and the atmosphere of the salon is by far the best. I'm more satisfied with the service and the quality of products each time I go. Keep up the work...

Since the nail salon by me closed down, I tried this place... This place is very nice and clean, people are very friendly, and I could relax during the mani&pedi. I had gel nail by Anna and pedicure by Tina.My gel nails are very nice and shiny, and no clacking for over two weeks, and my toes are still look like "just got done" for a month! This is my new fav nail salon in Norman!
