Facebook page says they open at 9. The sign on the door says they open at 9:30. I waited and waited for them to open along with another older lady. She said she has been going there for years and service is getting bad. When you have a time frame and want to get in and out, it's frustrating that these people can't be on time and apparently don't care that they have bad reviews about there place of business. I have been coming here for over 20 years... very good service... even when busy they get me in at a reasonable time... they are polite and work very hard
My friend and went in to get a fill and a manicure. When we walked in all the workers where busy but it was just us two waiting and we where told we would be helped in ten minutes as we where waiting other people came in and all 8 of them that I counted where helped before us two. We asked twice when we where going to get helped and the answer both times the answer what "two more minutes for you two". They do a shitty job every time!!! My boyfriend gets me a gift certificate there every month...Not anymore!! Told him to get them somewhere else. Yesterday they charged me $128 for 2 pedicures and a manicure and a fill..RIP OFF!! My polish came off on one finger today and they didn't even polish the entire nail on my granddaughter.... Never returning!!
They do a good job but there door said they close at 8 and I was there yesterday at 5:20 and they said they could not get me in! This is the second time they have done this so I decided to say something! So just because it's the weekend and they feel like closing early they are going to turn away a customer? If your not going to stick to your hours then don't post them!
My wedding party came in for pedicures, manicures, etc. My pedicure was not good! They didn't even trim my nails, work on getting any dead skin off, or clean the sides and corners. Instead they essentially painted them! Another person who was with me asked for a design that was supposed to be simple. Instead, she ended up with her entire toe nails covered with 3 or 4 different colors. Each toe being completely different than the other! Went there for the first time last year before school and had a decently tricky nail style in mind with rhinestones. They executed it perfectly! It looked exactly like the picture I showed the girl! The only thing is that I asked the lady to cut them shorter and she suggested that I don't because they look better longer. Didn't last as long but they looked amazing! I suggest that you call ahead and make an appointment because they get pretty busy sometimes. Going back tomorrow!
