Called ahead 24hours to schedule a mani pedi for two people for the time of 4:30... get here and have my water for my pedicure ran and I’ve been sittin here since 4:30... nobody came up and asked me if I was thirsty needed anything nobody apologized for me STILL waiting yes STILL waiting 45 minutes after I scheduled my appointment . It’s sad I loved this place but now I’ll never come back

been going for 8 years showed up today was told 3 hour wait for a fill. only 2 techs could do. its Saturday what the? will not be back after 8 years.
I usually have a good experience coming to your salon! But yesterday I made an appointment to get ONE nail fixed, and I sat there for over an hour while you guys had several people come sit in and get their stuff done. I ended up having to leave due to a short time frame. I’m very disappointed and doubt I’ll be coming back.
I arrived at 7:30 pm (yes, I know they close at 8:00 pm) to get a pedicure. I was refused service and told to come back the next morning at 9:00 am. The salon was not busy, as there was only one customer there. I will not be returning and will take my business to Happy Nails in Altoona, where I should have gone in the first place.
Shit place to get your nails done I got my nails done on a Friday and it’s now Tuesday and the all came off and very rude I have been waiting for a hour and some lady walks in says sorry she has been there 3times bullshit nail place don’t get your nails done there !!!!!!!!!! Also they talk shit �������������
Had a Appointment on Saturday for a pedicure had to wait over 30 Minutes to get water and almost a hour for anyone to even start on me. Was there for over 2 hours and my paint is already chipping. Definitely that worst experience I ever had and probably won't go back. I watched multiple people walk out because of how long they were waiting. Horrible customer service
