Terrible, can't get ahold of Anyone! Put in two maintenance tickets in via the portal (4 days apart) nothing. Tried calling, VM is full and not accepting any messages. Tried emailing, only to get a bounce back "unable to deliver to recipients". Called the "emergency" and someone actually answered! When i told the person the reason why i was calling was because the roof is leaking due to the heavy amount of rain causing a leak in my ceiling, they asked me if i had access to the shut off valve. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Top Level Property. When I was redoing my floors, a plumbing issue occurred when I was removing trim. Turns out one of the nails securing the originally installed trim was piercing a water line, and when removed, it started spraying. I called Top Level’s emergency number, was connected to a person immediately, then that woman contacted EZ Plumbing, which sent a plumber out in under half an hour.
