Horrible experience working with this company. Because of how poor they screened tenants, we rented to tenants from hell. Ended up losing money because of how destructive they were. In a single year they broke the fridge, the dishwasher, the washing machine, the shower, the furnace and AC! Close to $20k in repairs and replacement. In addition, our neighbors had to call the police twice on the tenants due to multiple noise complaints and destructive dogs that were never screened. Terrible, can't get ahold of Anyone! Put in two maintenance tickets in via the portal (4 days apart) nothing. Tried calling, VM is full and not accepting any messages. Tried emailing, only to get a bounce back "unable to deliver to recipients". Called the "emergency" and someone actually answered! When i told the person the reason why i was calling was because the roof is leaking due to the heavy amount of rain causing a leak in my ceiling, they asked me if i had access to the shut off valve.
