My current only experience with the company is to be ignored on texts and a full mail box at an unmanned phone. I will consider revising this review when they are reachable.. update to 3 then to 2 stars. Was able to receive help upon going to the office. But was later replied to with wrong information by email to the original inquire. The in-person information was correct and helpful.
Beware! My HOA started working with them around 2022, and it was fine and normal until our property management manager left this business, and it turned into a nightmare overnight. Where they were responsive and communicative, they turned into the most defensive, slow responses, and disorganized business I have ever seen in my life. This is the worst management company I've ever had to work with. The app is horrible and does not allow me to use several of its features without crashing despite being fully updated. No one responds back to any emails or requests. It's been very frustrating working with them specifically due to their lack of communication. I never expect a response from them anymore.
Horrible experience working with this company. Because of how poor they screened tenants, we rented to tenants from hell. Ended up losing money because of how destructive they were. In a single year they broke the fridge, the dishwasher, the washing machine, the shower, the furnace and AC! Close to $20k in repairs and replacement. In addition, our neighbors had to call the police twice on the tenants due to multiple noise complaints and destructive dogs that were never screened.
