I have been working with Lee from Top Home Remodeling and it is a little bit scarry. I have already paid $10,000. She said that she got me $40000 in financing, however, I have not been contacted or received any paperwork for the additional financing. I have not seen any permits, builders or anyone except Lee. I SIGNED A CONTRACT FOR SERVICE BASED ON HER WORDS. I KNOW THAT WAS NOT SMART. Now she wants more money to continue. I think we need to secure the financing first.
