Manager Christina at the 4500 South Congress location was very understanding when I kept changing my move in dates, and friendly and helpful during all phone calls and when I finally arrived in person. Check in process was fast and efficient. Prices are cheaper than other similar units. And there was a jar of fruity candy for customers - a most thoughtful touch. An overall pleasant experience during a stressful move. Thank you!
