A very professional group of people. They answered all of our questions and took photos of the issues they found. I can't say enough about this company!
Top Hat is First Class in my book. Yesterday, had chimney pressure washed, Heatshield installed in flue, rotten decking from water leaks removed and replaced, new flashing installed, new cricket built and installed, and crack in crown repaired and sealed. Whoever hired Austin and Keith got two stars. Fine young men who know how to work. And when they left, we couldn't even tell they had been at the house.
My technician this morning was Austin Campbell. He was very thorough when explaining a problem, and he informed me of what is needed in order to solve the problems that are affecting our chimney. He is well informed and knows his stuff!! Thank you Austin!!!
They broke my fence and made a mess in my back yard and then got mad at me for complaining about it. They tried to make it sound like it was my fault.
