Didn’t even buy my gas logs from Top Hat Chimney Sweeps but I needed a few components that didn’t come with the new set I purchased. Kade and Trent was very professional and answered every question I had and promptly provided the components I needed. Top notch business and will definitely recommend family and friends.
Austin did a full camera/comprehensive inspection of our chimney on Jul 30, 2018. He gave a full and honest assessment, answered all questions and recommended some minor repairs. I was most impressed with the care and cleanliness of their service. They took their shoes off at the door, placed drop clothes down, and did everything they could to keep my home clean during their visit. I.have used them for four years. they gave me a price this year for my annual chimney sweep and it was about the same as years past and was comparible to other chimney sweep services. Then they discovered I was a repeat customer. I was told I was mistakenly given the new customer price. the new "correct" price was 150. higher. OVERPRICED. THIS NEW PRICE WAS MUCH HIGHER THAN OTHER CHIMNEY SWEEP CUSTOMERS. Way to take care of your returning customers.
