I found John to be extremely unreliable. He kept saying he was coming to perform services we had contracted for but did not show up 3 times that he said he would be here. He does not return phone calls. He also started treatments on the lawn but did not follow through and never completed the treatments. I believe he did more harm than good. I would never recommend.
Jonathan has been very good at getting back to us in a timely manner. We appreciate the organic aspect of spraying and so far the kids have been ticks free!
