I received a Top End Force G handcycle in July that was partially funded by two grants. Unfortunately, it arrived with a damaged set screw in the steering dampener. I followed all of Top End’s requests—first providing a photo of the bent screw, then a video showing that the threaded receiver, which is welded to the frame, was stripped and unable to hold a replacement screw.
