I want to thank Sam for working with me. I flew out to California to have a chair custom fit and paid 5k and when I received it and was bad and wrong not what I discussed with them to build. I worked with ti-light and 3 chairs later all wrong and caused pressure sores on my side of knees. I found top end and called to come visit them. My contact was Sam . I received a Top End Force G handcycle in July that was partially funded by two grants. Unfortunately, it arrived with a damaged set screw in the steering dampener. I followed all of Top End’s requests—first providing a photo of the bent screw, then a video showing that the threaded receiver, which is welded to the frame, was stripped and unable to hold a replacement screw.
