I would not do business with this company. They had my house under contract and stopped communicating with me the day before closing. They wasted 30 days of my time. They also didn’t include any earnest money in the contract. Be sure if you do use them to have them put up earnest money and tell you who the title company will be. That way when they back out you get the earnest money.
