RecommendedI know there have been many bad experiences with the old tech that has worked here. I would like to make it known that he is no longer withthe company and Top Dog now has a highly trained tech. I would like to ask all of our customers who have had a bad experience to please revisit and give us another chance. This time you will not be disappointed.
i always use to say top dog was the best until now but one bad experience as long as they correct it want stop me from coming to them. i hope they make it right
The mechanic was a jerk. I had an appointment and he kept telling me he could not do a diagnostic because he had other cars ahead of me. Ok, but that's why I made an appointment. Owner, who is nice, looked at the truck. Still didn't tell me what was wrong, but gave me a $2200 quote (not counting the custom exhaust or extra parts he said it may need). Getting a second opinion tomorrow.
