Update: This post below is from a previous dog. We now have an Anatolian Shepard who has the same injury. We knew we could treat it without surgery. Especially since he is a working dog as well. The staff has been amazing through both experiences. They have gone above and beyond to help us with our oversized dogs. Bracing has been a great alternative for both of our dogs. She saved our old dog. So greatful and the chug is almost ready to take her brace off fulltime.full time. Our Candy has done really well, we are almost 5 to 6 mos and she's able to walk on her leg without the brace on now.
She is wonderful. Very good kind, and understanding. Very gentle with my older husky. Did a wonderful job on his brace. She will answer any questions you have.
We chose bracing over surgery for our pup's CCL injury, and it was a complete success! Abby Chandler was patient and fun to work with.
