I came in the salon around 3pm today with Jet black hair, I wanted ash grey done but it needed to be bleached first. Nancy is who I spoke to first she had some doubts, but her and one of the other female workers (blue tipped hair pony) made it to bleach the bestttt. It’s late now, they close at 7:00 and I don’t want to make them stay late so I’ll be back tomorrow to do my color! The price is alsooo great. Used to go to this hair salon in Brooklyn glad I found them in Staten Island .
Did not follow any directions of a haircut that was asked for . They made a mess of my hair and right after had to go to another shop to correct the damages so we all they charged me 30 for a ten min cut and I had to pay additional 40 to fix it. I had to even ask for the person to blowdry my hair he was going straight to flat iron They only cater to Caucasian customers 100 percent as I was the only one non Caucasian and it was just bad. I couldn't even just leave because he started the cut
TERRIBLEEEEE EXPERIENCE. they wouldn’t let me leave until i made a MANDATORY tip for a terrible service. beware they charge more for curly hair and the guy who did it didn’t a terrible job u would think it was just blow dried. my roots are still curly like they haven’t been touched. the lady in the front was so rude and cursed me for not leaving a tip because i wasn’t happy with my service. i Wishhhh i read the reviews before going. pls do your self a favor and stay away genuinely!!!
I went in today to get a bouncy blow out. The woman who did my wash and 10 min massage was great. The man who blow dried my hair did an awful job. He didn't use any product pre blow drying my hair. He kept getting my hair tangled up in the brushes. The blow dryer was wayyyy too hot and my hair was smoking. I tried to sit through it to be polite but it was just a terrible experience.
