As first time home buyers it was a little scary trying to find good people to be on your team. Top 2 Bottom was so responsive and really made us feel at ease about the inspection process. They were so knowledgeable and Shane was able to walk us through everything in a such an understandable way. Even our realtor who had not worked with him before said it was one of the most thorough inspections she had seen. I would definitely recommend Top 2 Bottom Home inspections if you are looking!
