Living Social will refund your money. They tried contacting her and couldn't get ahold of her so after one day they agreed to a refund. They didn't hassle me at all about it.

I purchased a living social deal. For 5 days I have called and left voice mails, texts, and emails, and have never heard back. I can't imagine if she ever does call me to set up a time that she would actually show up. I'm just hoping Living Social will give me a refund. Don't waste your time with this "business'.

BEWARE...rude, unethical, unprofessional and cleaned next to nothing on second visit. She sucks you in by doing a great job on the first visit but does nothing on the second, takes your money and cashes the check immediately. Said she would mail a refund, lied about mailing it and then when she finally did send it she didn't send the amount agreed on. Horrible horrible service. DO NOT RECCOMEND.

Very unprofessional! I called at least a month & a half before I needed a special occasion cleaning to make sure I got the date & time that I wanted. They called the morning they were supposed to arrive & told me the cleaner (apparently only one person was coming?) called in sick & they wouldn't have someone there until *maybe* 2:00. How can they not have a backup plan for when people call in sick? Anyway, that screwed up all of my plans since my guests were to arrive by that afternoon.
