They are always friendly and professional. I absolutely LOVE Helen. I will wait just for her to do my nails.
RecommendedI have been going t ok top 10 nails for a while now and they are always friendly. they dont like someone to not like there nails they try to please there Customers. if something was wrong with them they have always fixed mine. I work on cars and that's a hard thing to do with nails and I hardly ever brake a nail but if I do I just go right in and they always take care of me with no problem. Got a full set on 8/4, by 8/7 my nails already look like they need a fill. Usually I can go 3 weeks before needing one, also the lady was very sloppy and trying to rush. She missed the sides of all my nails when painting them. I’m very disappointed that I paid an extra $40 for my nails to look terrible. I was trying to look at my nails to tell her what I was unhappy with, but she kept grabbing my hand so I couldn’t look. I tried to fix problem but it seem nothing wrong with this nail. The nail looks so beautiful and I know the nail I did. I don't know what going on. I am so meant and rule now ....

I have been going to Top 10 Nails for a really long time, back when Stacy owened the business. I’m a bit picky and spoiled because I want what I pay for to be to my satisfaction. I stayed and gave Helen and her team a try. I am still with them:) Helen is a great business woman and has learned so much along her way. I know she cares about the quality of work being done in her shop. Always makes what is wrong, right!! I love Helen, but Sophia is my favorite!! Lol! I never walk out of there without a smile on my face:):)

They do a good job on nails. However, I called to make an appointment for me and my bridal party to get a little pampering before the wedding. AND I WAS TOLD NO? You don’t take appointments? Even though I discussed this 2 weeks ago at my last fill. Me and my party of 10 will take our business where we can make an appointment and don’t have to walk-in & wait. Missed out on a lot of money.

We now usually busy weekends that the reason why I don't accept appointments, waking only mean who come first go first. I am sorry for that .

My girls, who have been here before, took me for my birthday, for my first ever manicure. It was great. Everyone was so nice and friendly and do a wonderful job!
