Been going to Top 10 since forever. Like 2007/08 (high school) best place ever. I go out of my way to go here and won’t be changing that.
The owner (Helen)told me that I was “so mean”. She acted clueless on the fact that I was irritated because I had to wait over an hour to get my nails done! After she told me I would be next and then aloud someone else to go in front of me! When she ended up doing my nails, she completely rushed 😡 I DON’T recommend this place! Not to me mention, my friend told me she was talking trash on me when I left! So watch it! Fake, rude a**’s!
Terrible experience asked to keep real nails cut off anyway asked for round gave square asked ME what round was asked for thin nails got FAT nails to big for my small hands you are getting paid for a service you should not do what YOU want to do but what your customers ask for. He did offer to fix it after he was already told 4 times I wanted them round and thin after he asked me what round was and continued to make them square I gave up on him fixing them so I am off to another salon to have them fixed.
