The WORST experience of my life. I came to Jackson for this massage, from out of state, because I have heard amazing things and read great reviews about this place. I was told I DID NOT need a reservation, and to be there between 3:00-5:00. I showed up at 3:15, and no one even greeted me. I called to validate that I was told I did not have to have an appointment, and was told show up at 6:30 and they would take care of me. I just had a two hour deep tissue massage from Patrick and it was awesome articulate and relaxing. Chronic shoulder pain gone. Bravo job well done thank you Patrick. Highest recommendations!
