We've been going to Tootsies usually twice a week since we found it a year or so ago. Always treated like "owners" of the place by the wait staff and owners. Even other customers are friendly. Can't imagine anyone feeling different (Golden Rule).
Good food, the waitresses are always nice to me. 2 times I have gone there and there was a "wait" but I couldn't really tell. They got us a table easy peasy! I would definitely recommend it!
The wait staff is very rude. I have given this place several chances and it's the same every time, good food but horrible rude service. I won't be going back. I can get good food AND good service at other places.
Awesome homemade food and a great atmosphere. You won't leave hungry!!!
