Personally, I think Tootsies' is a 5-star but I don't want to mislead those who are looking for a "5-star high-class" restaurant.. which this isn't. BUT, if you're looking for good, basic food at a reasonable price... if you're looking for good, honest people who actually care that you enjoy your meal and the service... then Tootsies is the place to go.
Went to Tootsie's last night for Perch Dinner. Had an excellent dinner of perch, coleslaw and baked potato with butter & sour cream! Yummy! It was worth going out in a blizzard to have dinner at your restaurant.

Wish we had better.service Steak was over cooked. Wanted to take onion rings home but couldn't get the waitress over to order. Not impressed with the onion ring also. So I'm happy we didn't waist the money.
Been several times, we love the food, never had a bad meal. Small place and can get crowded. When you go expect an old style diner experience, not fancy by no means.
Want to bring my husband back here cuz i took my kids and myself to meet with a few people yesterday and i loved stuffed has browns, but i ordered a deluxe burger and the bun it was on was amazing! My kids shared pancakes and then we all shared the turtle pie for dessert loved it so much � will be back on a day my husband don't work as he works first and wish u guys were open longer than 2pm for dinner, just moved into this area and its so wonderful had no idea you were there, amazing Food and amazing people, loved this plac... read more

Tootsies always has, the best, hands down pretzel bun burgers! Service is always top-notch...love the Wednesday $5 burger baskets!
