The prices of fountain drinks have gone up so high it’s ridiculous! They are even charging .86 cents for an ice....in my own cup!! I’m so disappointed in this business!

RecommendedI’ve lived in Amarillo my entire life, so I have come across many customer service reps at Toot’NTotum, can I just say that William from the 46th and Washington store is such a great employee! He always has a smile and is so very friendly!!! He treats customers with such care and enthusiasm! You can tell he loves his job!! Kudos to William!

toot n totem sells spoiled milk and will not give a refund because of no receipt. I pay cash and the cashiers can not be bothered to print out a receipt. Always ask for a receipt if you are buying food items. I go to toot n totem by my apartment nearly every day and am very unhappy with this incident. But I have to point out that they did offer to exchange it for more old milk.
I won a 100. dollars on a Texas lottery ticket sold at one of the TOOT N TOTUM stores IN AMARILLO TX THURSDAY NIGHT ON 24TH STREET. THEN on Friday 11 16 2018 the next day I went back to same store to cash it in and they wanted to give me a money order. WHATS UP WITH THAT.. THAT IS NOT WHAT THE TICKET SAYS TO DO .
