I took my 2 door jeep in for a full detail for $90. The back wasn't even touched. Not vacuumed, not shampooed, nothing. Still dog hair on the sides of the front seats and not shampooed. I thought I was getting an actual detail, but I could've done better with a shop vac in my garage
I really hate to be a Karen so I’ll vent here. When you are a super busy gas station with no changing table in the men’s or women’s restroom because the changing table is in the one family restroom please train your employees to use any restroom other than the family one. I just stood outside the restroom thinking a family was in there for 10 minutes. Only to have an employee walk out. She decided to take up the family restroom to take a dump..... seriously next time just poop in the regular restroom like everyone else lol. ... read more

Fix your air pumps went to 5 location none of them worked thanks for the inconvenience
Toot n totum #77 worst experience ever young man working register was having trouble manager lady doing nothing 2 people in line one lady having problems at the pump manager lady still can’t be found. He calls for her help she just asks what’s going on then comes to help just tells him what to do then goes back to doing whatever it was she was doing with people still in line. Took me 15mins to get checked out most of that time was spent standing in line.
I went inside to pay for gas with card, machine said approved remove card, go outside to pump and pump was not on, I go back and ask what happened and the cashier had to call her coworker for assistance. He points at the screen and says even if it says approved, when the card is pulled out too fast it declines the transaction. So I tried 2 more times and it declined both times. I luckily made it home, checked my account and seen I was charged for gas I did not receive. Called the store and was told to call the store manager ... read more
At their gas pumps they card the card immediately $100. No warnings outside. Now I have an overdraft charge that is twice the amount of my gas
Customer service is above all the best, they make you feel at home, Excellent work to Samantha and her crew at I40 and grand.
Compared to Quiktrip, they lack proper consistency in customer service, the store layout copied the old quiktrip store layout and their snacks carried are a joke. Photo is a chicken taquito and nothing you carry can touch its quality.
