Ok this visit was with Dr. Andrew I was there for a 2 hour appt. As always the staff were friendly and professional, Alana and Kendra reception, always with a smile and efficient and professional in their roles. My dental team was Dr. Andrew along with Kaitlyn . Dr. Andrew explained the procedure thoroughly and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Tooth Harmony for your dental needs. Very satisfied with the visit
Disappointing service regarding phone calls. Both my wife and I use this dental clinic, and we both try calling separately, but it is almost impossible to reach anyone at the front desk. Even when we leave a voicemail, the response time is extremely slow. We are left waiting for a very long time without any follow-up. Update: I’m editing my previous review because the clinic truly listened to my concerns. After I mentioned issues with phone responsiveness, the owner reached out personally and ensured the staff addressed it. ... read more
