No one picks up the phone, and they only text back. I could not check the date of my appointment, and when I requested one, no one called me back or reminder your appointment.
I wanted to share my experience with Dr. Andrew, as I believe it’s important for patient care. I found our interaction somewhat disappointing, as I felt he was not very receptive to my questions.
