This place sells super nice tools and equipment..service and mentality of their help is ridiculous borderline idiotic. I gave them the part number ms180 Stihl chainsaw, they sold me the wrong recoil rope, when I went to exchange gray hair elderly man tried to infer it was my fault for not bringing in the broken rope..figured I came to the authorized stihl service center they should have a book, computer, or knowledge to get me the right part...but stuff happens, no biggie. They don't honor promises made. They fail to support products they sale. Smug customer service. We are telling everyone about our poor experience with the Gulf Breeze store. Never buy another lawn mower from them even if I have to drive to Mobile!!
