Rented a floor scraper that they recommended for removing wood floors, it did not work. We returned it within an hour. Literally we picked it up, drove to proper, used it for two minutes, it would not do the job as recommended, we immediately returned it and they said we were 5 mins past an hour and we would not be getting a full refund. We have bought Echo equipment from both Tool Shack locations starting in 2010. Most recently we took out Echo backpack blower in for service to the Pensacola store where we bought it because it would not start. It had less than 10 hours of use. It took Tool Shack 2 months to get it serviced and returned to us. Their explanation for the problem with the blower was ambiguous at best. After extensive research on a new mower for our growing business we decided to see what The Tool Shack had to offer. It turned out to be the best decision we've ever made. They have all the equipment we run in stock, & the best customer service we've ever experienced. Having purchased our first mower them I can say with 100% certainty it won't be the last.
