Only one in Town! I bought a Condo in 2011 and it had a nice complicated Rolling Steel Door Garage. Unfortunately, I needed it be repaired and could find no one in San Diego to assist. I was lucky and found Maurer Contruction. He has provided excellent service and I would recommend him to anyone.
Beautiful, forever kitchen! Bill Maurer and Maurer Construction was great! I've heard so many nightmares on kitchen remodels, but that wasn't the case with Maurer Construction. I got my beautiful, forever kitchen with custom cabinets, marble countertops, and new floor plan. He was able to complete the remodel within the time given and fixed multiple safety and fire issues that were hidden behind walls and floors. I will hire Maurer Construction again and recommend them for as a honest, professional contractor.
Sump Pump Solution For years we had a minor problem with water pooling under our house, particularly in the wintertime and after rainstorms. Maurer Construction assessed our situation, and recommended a modestly-priced solution that combined a sump pump and circulating fans to keep the soil dry under our house. Fabulous Work To Whom it may concern, In August , 2012, we hired Maurer Construction, Inc., to remodel the master bathroom in our 1970??s Point Loma home. The father and son contractors, Bill, Jr. and Bill , Sr., gutted everything down to the studs in the walls and the plywood subflooring before transforming the room. Great Job!!! I previously hired these guys for my rental, then I purchased a home that needed a lot of work, so I called them back. Bill installed the bathroom plumbing ( tub and mixer valve toilets, sinks) and added ground wiring to the whole house and he re-wired the kitchen and installed new can lights. The price was awesome and they did an amazing job!!!!!!
Simply the best! An upstairs flood is every homeowner??s nightmare. This year it happened to us. Drywall was soaked, carpets and hardwood floors destroyed. For the first time ever we had to make a claim on our homeowner??s insurance policy. Everything was in upheaval.
