Only one in Town! I bought a Condo in 2011 and it had a nice complicated Rolling Steel Door Garage. Unfortunately, I needed it be repaired and could find no one in San Diego to assist. I was lucky and found Maurer Contruction. He has provided excellent service and I would recommend him to anyone.
Awesome communicator Bill is a great communicator. He not only was the first contractor to get us a bid and respond to us, he consistently followed up via text, email and phone to ensure that we got what we needed. That was especially amazing since some other contractors wouldn't even call us back!! We decided to actually sell the house instead of remodel so in the end didn't move forward with Bill, but I was so impressed with his follow-through. I would definitely want to work with him in the future.

Fabulous Work To Whom it may concern, In August , 2012, we hired Maurer Construction, Inc., to remodel the master bathroom in our 1970âs Point Loma home. The best remodeling contractors in San Diego. Maurer Construction did a wonderful job with my bathroom remodeling project. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a general contractor. They were helpful in every sense of the word from picking the right tub to what would be the most practical choice for flooring. We are now working out the plans for a kitchen remodel and maybe the whole house.
Sump Pump Solution For years we had a minor problem with water pooling under our house, particularly in the wintertime and after rainstorms. Maurer Construction assessed our situation, and recommended a modestly-priced solution that combined a sump pump and circulating fans to keep the soil dry under our house.
