Friendly and knowledgeable staff from start to finish, from the phone call to get an estimate on replacing our water heater to the service guys that completed the job. Clean and efficient. Would recommend Tony's for sure!
Super responsive and helpful. The first time we called for an issue (our floor drain in the basement backed up and it was after hours), they called us back immediately and gave us contact info for the professionals who could help us (as our issue was better handled by drain professionals). When we needed to move and eventually reinstall our hot water heater, they were so easy to work with and incredibly professional. They do great work and I highly recommend them!
